Position: Principal (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Minimum Requirements: • PhD in Education Management and Administration with 6 years of experience in higher education administration or a Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience (4 years in higher education administration).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution.
• Practicing Certificate with the Teaching Council of Zambia as an Educational Administrator.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning, organizing, and directing general university administration. • Manage day-to-day operations of the university.
• Lead staff development, hiring, and management.
• Provide leadership for a dynamic Christian institution of learning.
• Foster team building and motivate staff.
Position: Vice Principal Academic (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka,Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• PhD in Education Management and Administration with 6 years of experience in higher education administration or a Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience (4 years in higher education administration).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution. • Practicing Certificate with the Teaching Council of Zambia as an Educational Administrator.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Principal in managing university operations.
• Handle administrative and academic duties. • Support staff development, hiring, and management.
• Act as the Principal in their absence.
Position: Vice Principal Research and Development (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• PhD in Education Management and Administration with 6 years of experience in higher education administration or a Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience (4 years in higher education administration).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead research and development initiatives.
• Support daily administrative operations.
• Drive staff development and team motivation
• Act as the Principal in their absence.
Position: Finance Manager (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka,Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management or a professional accounting certification (e.g., ZICA/CA, ACCA).
• 3 years of experience in higher education administration.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning and management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage budgets, audits, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial leadership to support institutional goals.
Position: Registrar (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Administration or Management.
• 5 years of experience at a recognized institution.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage student admissions and academic records.
• Coordinate academic schedules and examinations.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies.
• Support faculty and staff in administrative functions.
Position: Chief Librarian (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in library work and administration.
• Master’s Degree in Library Work and Administration with 3 years of experience in higher education.
• ZAQA-certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage library operations and resources.
• Develop and implement library policies.
• Support faculty and students with research resources.
• Ensure efficient library service delivery.
Position: Dean of Student Affairs (Full-Time, Permanent or Contractual)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Student Affairs, Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a recognized institution.
• ZAQA-Certified qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in student welfare and counseling.
• Manage student activities and programs.
• Address disciplinary matters in line with university policies.
• Foster a supportive environment for student growth.
